my houmos recipe

Houmos
Heaven on hearth recipe:

Wash 400g of chick peas in a big salad bowl (make it very easy and efficient to wash).

2 cloves of garlic (I tried 5 before and it is really too much also last time I didn't put water and I put a tomato and an onion plus I food processed a little of a wooden spoon. Anyway it was not good. I might try 3 gloves next time and I tell you but I am very happy with current recipe)
Okay I tried with 3 cloves and it still was okay. Next time I will try with four.

olive oil (maybe 8cl)

water (15-20 cl a third or half a glass) (3rd attempt oups a bit too much water, it make it easier to mix in the mixer but I prefer when the texture is a little bit denser so only 10cl of water a quarter of a small glass)

generously pour ground cumin (rougly 2 large spoons)

One lime (it tastes better (for me!) than normal lemon)

pepper

just a little bit of salt.

To eat with pita bread (toasted)

For decoration some paprika and coriander (chinese parsley)

Best of all this is very healthy as a rapid search on the web will confirm it to you.

I haven't try this yet but you may use a few peanuts or sesame seeds and decorate with coriander leaves.
